DIRECTORS
Dan has over 15 years experience in the asbestos removal industry. Starting as an operative at one of the largest removal firms before progressing to Supervisor, Contracts Manager & Regional Manager before being appointed as Regional Director in 2018. Dan has extensive knowledge of asbestos removal in a variety of sectors including Public Sector, Retail, Education, Defence, Healthcare & Industrial Decommission.

Terry has over 30 years experience in the asbestos removal industry. Starting as an operative in 1994. Terry was voted ARCA Supervisor of the year in 2002 and elevated himself to the position of Operations Director of one of the leading asbestos removal companies in the UK before joining one of the top demolition companies. Terry has a wealth of hands on knowledge & experience which strengthens the capabilities of the WestCross team.

Casey has over 14 years experience with the industry, starting off as an operative back in 2007 he was then handed a position within the office to assist with running of a waste transfer station, which led him onto a admin/resource manager role then further quickly progression into contract management. Casey progressed into contract management very early on in his career. With the guidance and expertise of his father Terry, Casey had first hand training and assistance throughout his early years. Casey, has managed all aspects of asbestos removal which include Demolition sites, Domestic properties, measured term contracts, analytical consultants and commercial clients.

Ashley started his career in the asbestos removal industry 13 years ago on one of the biggest projects of the time; Shell Tower, Waterloo. Ashley's commitment and dedication to everything he does has seen him leading, supervising & managing some extremely challenging & complex projects on sites in London such as HS2, BBC & Network Rail. Ashley holds an NVQ Level 3 in Asbestos Removal, is SMSTS & SSSTS trained as well as competencies in First Aid, Rail, Confined Spaces, PASMA, MEWPS & Mental Health First Aid.

James joined the team in 2020 and has 29 years experience with the asbestos removal industy. Having served 5 years in RAF James sought a new path in life and began working in the industry. Starting as an operative in 1992 he has progressed through positions such as; Supervisor, Site Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Contracts Manager, Regional Manager, Regional Director. James has been a Project Director for New St. Station Birmingham and Didcot Power Station. Having worked with our senior team during his time at another company, it was clear James was the perfect fit for WestCross.
