It’s been a busy start to the new year, with plenty of new clients on board without having any time to actually sit back and reflect on how well it’s gone!

This week we are starting 3 projects in Marylebone London for a new client of ours, all within 150 metres of each other.

Here’s a quick brief of the projects, we are looking forward to sharing some of the photos with you guys, during and after the works have been completed

Harley Street – Removal and disposal of Anthophyllite containing screed throughout the basement under fully controlled conditions and various other ASB5 & ASB1 works.

New Cavendish Street – Removal and disposal of various hardest insulation / safe wet injection then wrap & cut throughout basement & 2nd floors consecutively under fully controlled conditions.

Duchess Street – Core drilling various locations throughout the property for refurbishment upgrade. These works are being carried out under suitably controlled conditions.

It may be a new record for 3 WestCross DCU’s to be this close to each other on simultaneously jobs. However, it will be a great advert to the local contractors for some free publicity!
