On the Agenda at this college’s Basement plant room:

1. A meticulous pre-clean of the floor area, removing debris to the perimeter under locally controlled conditions.
   
   
2. Ensuring the safe removal and disposal of asbestos insulation residues, especially from walls where paint is flaking- under fully controlled conditions
   
   
3. Additionally, removing paintwork surrounding the existing flue—all under fully controlled conditions.
